Management Trainee

About the role

This is a structured 12-24 months rotational training program designed to develop future leaders. You will gain comprehensive business exposure across core departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, undertaking project-based assignments and achieving performance targets at each stage. Upon program completion, you will be placed in a junior management or key operational role based on your performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training across core departments to gain comprehensive business exposure
• Undertake project-based assignments during rotations and achieve performance targets set at each stage
• Develop general management capabilities, leadership skills, and business acumen through hands-on experience and learning
• Actively collaborate with teams, propose improvement initiatives, and drive process optimization

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline (Business, Science, or Engineering preferred)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of work experience
• Demonstrated leadership potential through active participation in extracurricular activities or internships
• Strong learning agility, self-motivation, and a growth mindset
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to embrace cross-functional challenges and rotations
• Proficiency in Mandarin required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia essential
