We're on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Management Trainees to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, and San Carlos, Negros Occidental. In this full-time role, you will be a key member of the management team, supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant restaurant.

Your Day-to-Day:

1. Assisting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
2. Ensuring efficient and effective restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting
3. Overseeing the training and development of crews to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
4. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
5. Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety standards
6. Monitoring and reporting on restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
7. Supporting the Restaurant Manager in strategic decision-making and business planning

What we're looking for:

1. A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail, business management, or related field (preferably with the food industry)
2. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
3. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting
6. Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry best practices
7. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
