Role Overview ADA’s E-Commerce Solutions Academy is designed for entry-level professionals embarking on an accelerated 18-month development journey across the key functions of the ECS organization.

As an Academician, you will rotate across multiple departments—including Business Development, Commercial, E-commerce Marketing, Product & Data Operations, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Social Affiliate, and Analytics—gaining comprehensive, hands-on exposure to the end-to-end management of e-commerce businesses.

This program is ideal for ambitious fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in digital commerce, marketing technology, or data-driven business management, equipping them with both the strategic perspective and operational expertise needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent (or demonstrated excellence through extracurricular and internship track record)

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working or internship experience will be considered
• Prior internship experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, or data analytics is an advantage
