Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across operational, commercial and corporate functions
• Support day-to-day business operations and cross-functional initiatives
• Contribute to process improvement and business transformation projects
• Analyse operational data and present recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and business partners
• Lead assigned project(s) and deliver measurable outcomes

Pre-requisites

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, including Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related fields

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Curious and eager to learn

• Adaptable across operational, commercial and business environments

• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including production teams, corporate functions, customers and suppliers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
