About the role

We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our team as our next Future Leader. This is a full-time position designed to develop our retail and consumer products management operations. As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to all aspects of store management, including operations, customer service, staff management, and business development. You will work alongside experienced managers to understand the strategic importance of effective store management whilst contributing meaningfully to the success of our retail operations.

Key responsibilities :

• Assisting with the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
• Supporting the management team in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitoring and maintaining store cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising displays
• Assisting with customer service operations and resolving customer complaints or concerns
• Participating in sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive business growth
• Supporting the execution of store targets and key performance indicators
• Gathering market insights and customer feedback to inform business decisions
• Assisting with administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements

Here is what you need to unlock this level :

• Bachelor's degree from all majors with min. GPA 3.25 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
• Excited to be assigned across Indonesia
• Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
• Highly adaptable to dynamic trends and fast-pace environments
• Cheerful, friendly, and energetic personality
