Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and career-oriented Management Trainee who is a graduate of an Engineering course. The successful candidate will undergo training and exposure to different areas of the company, particularly in administration, operations, coordination, and process improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, documents, and other administrative files.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding daily operational requirements.
• Assist in monitoring work processes, schedules, and department activities.
• Support management in implementing company policies, procedures, and projects.
• Assist in identifying process issues and suggest practical improvements.
• Monitor and consolidate data for reports and management review.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, activities, and other company requirements.
• Conduct follow-ups with concerned departments to ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist in monitoring departmental targets, performance, and compliance.
• Participate in company projects, audits, and process improvement activities.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering courses or any equivalent
• Fresh graduates are highly encourage to apply
• With good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn and be trained in different areas of the business.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work in MEYCAUAYAN, BULACAN
