About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Management Consultant to collaborate with SMEs and MSMEs to enhance business operations, streamline internal systems, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows, sales activities, financial data, and core business processes.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest effective business improvement strategies.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and structured systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct client meetings, project reviews, and performance tracking sessions.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations for business owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with modern digital/AI productivity tools.
• Access to a laptop and reliable personal transport for day-to-day work.
• Willingness to travel across client locations within Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
