Management Trainee

Build your career towards operations leadership. We are looking for a Mgmt graduate to support operational execution & daily, monthly, quarterly & annual planning at the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar office, use existing dashboards, coordinate teams and develop the capability to grow into an Operations Lead role.

Location Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) | Work from office

Contract Initial six months | Contract-to-hire

CTC 3,00,000 annualised (25,000 monthly CTC)

What you will do

• Support daily execution and monthly, quarterly & annual operations planning.
• Use existing dashboards & Excel trackers to monitor performance and highlight trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams, support performance reviews and follow up on action items.
• Track workloads, productivity, pending work, turnaround times and quality against plans.
• Identify discrepancies, flag delays & follow up on corrective actions.
• Follow SOPs, improve processes and progressively take ownership of a workstream.

What we are looking for

• A completed management degree is mandatory: BBA, BMS, BBM, MBA or equivalent management degree.
• 03 years of relevant experience; eligible freshers are welcome.
• Working knowledge of Excel and ability to interpret and use existing dashboards.
• Good communication in English and Hindi; Marathi will be helpful.
• Analytical ability, reliability, ownership & ambition to develop into an Operations Lead.
• Availability to work from the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar office.

Employment terms

This is a six-month contract-to-hire role at 3,00,000 annualised CTC (1,50,000 for a full six-month term).

Take-home pay depends on the salary structure and deductions. Permanent conversion and future progression to Operations Lead depend on performance, readiness, an approved vacancy and business requirements; neither is guaranteed.
