Management Trainee

Our company seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Management Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

Sales Process:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations effectively.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Accurately forecast and track sales activity.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
• Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, networking, social media).
• Conduct market research to identify and prioritize target accounts.

Business Development:

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Contribute to the development of new sales strategies and initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Sales Specialist: 3 years (Required)

• English (Required)
