Management Trainee

Overview:

We are seeking driven and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. This 1-year program is designed to cultivate leadership potential by providing intensive training, hands-on experience, and in-depth knowledge in a specific department. As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in one functional area, learning the intricacies of the role, contributing to key projects, and building a solid foundation for a future leadership position within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training and development programs to gain a thorough understanding of the chosen department (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, HR, Finance etc.)
• Assist in executing key initiatives and projects within the department to drive business goals and operational improvements.
• Analyse department processes, provide insights and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare documentation to support decision-making processes.
• Engage with senior leadership and department heads to gain mentorship, guidance and career insights.
• Undertake responsibilities progressively, moving toward independent management of tasks and small projects.
• Participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions to monitor progress and set development goals.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin or related.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
