Position: Management Trainee

What You’ll Do:

• Undergo structured training in business operations, customer service, sales, and team management
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Support supervisors and managers in implementing company policies and procedures
• Monitor team performance and help achieve operational targets
• Handle customer concerns and assist in maintaining a positive customer experience
• Prepare reports and assist with administrative and operational tasks
• Participate in projects and initiatives designed to develop your leadership and management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Leadership potential and a proactive attitude

• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented

• Willing to work onsite in La Union

• Willing to undergo training and be assigned to different operational functions as needed
