Management Trainee

WE'RE HIRING: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (Full-Time)

A well-established multinational bakery is looking for a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE to join our growing team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support daily store operations across sales, customer service, production, administration, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and product quality.
• Assist the Store Manager in driving sales, monitoring performance, maintaining standards, and taking full responsibility when needed.
• Train and supervise staff, coordinate with HR on attendance and performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage inventory, stock requests, documentation, and reporting while identifying improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field with strong academic and managerial background.
• Excellent leadership with great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-driven, decisive, and proactive in solving problems.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative, accountability, and commitment to excellence.

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

• 13th month salary
