Management Trainee

Our services to clients include: creative, design, campaign management (360 campaign), KOL & social media management, and offline activation. We manage a lot of big companies and brands including FMGC, start - up, and tech companies. Our team consists of a lot of people from different backgrounds and we always build a strong and healthy working environment.

We are now open for Management Trainee program fo 1 year, learn and on job training for 3 division = Account, Creative and KOL Team.

Program = 6 months in Account, 6 months in KOL Team but along 1 year also learning in Creative team

Job Description=

• Participate directly in real client projects and company assignments.

• Quickly learn and understand the end-to-end processes across Account, Creative, and KOL functions.

• Understand client needs, develop ideas, execute projects, and ensure deliverables are completed according to the brief, timeline, and project objectives.

• Support KOL campaigns through KOL research, social media trend analysis, audience research, creator selection, coordination, content development, campaign execution, and reporting.

• Apply a design perspective when understanding briefs, developing ideas, and providing input on creative concepts, visual direction, and campaign content.

• Gain cross-functional exposure by understanding how Account, Creative, and KOL teams collaborate to deliver client projects.

• Proactively identify project needs, potential issues, and opportunities, and provide ideas or solutions without always waiting for instructions.

• Gradually take on greater responsibilities, with the expectation of eventually being able to manage tasks, coordinate with team members, and execute projects independently.

• Receive regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to assess progress, capabilities, development, and potential throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.25.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Design, with candidates from Marketing, Business, or related fields also welcome and willing to develop their design skills.

• Have a basic understanding of design, visual communication, and creative processes.

• Strong interest in learning about Account Management, Creative, KOL, Social Media, and digital agency operations.

• Proactive, curious, highly initiative-driven, and accustomed to finding solutions.

• Able to understand a brief and translate it into clear ideas, concepts, or creative directions.

• Strong research and analytical thinking skills to support projects and campaigns.

• Good communication, coordination, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, timelines, and deadlines.

• Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic digital agency environment.

• Demonstrates strong learning agility and is open to learning areas outside their educational background or previous experience.

• Willing to be assigned to any division after completing the program, based on performance, capabilities, potential, and business needs.
