As a Management Trainee, you’ll start by learning how the day-to-day operation works from the ground up. You’ll gain practical experience working with customers, supporting team activities and understanding how individual and team performance contributes to wider business goals.

As your confidence and experience grow, you’ll be introduced to areas such as team support, performance, coaching, planning and leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your training and responsibilities will include:

• Learning the day-to-day operations of the business
• Working directly with customers and developing strong communication skills
• Supporting sales and customer engagement activities
• Learning how individual and team targets are managed
• Developing organisation and problem-solving skills
• Supporting team members with daily activities
• Learning how to motivate and communicate effectively with a team
• Taking on additional responsibilities as you progress
• Developing an understanding of performance and business growth
• Building practical leadership and management skills
