Management Trainee

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Summary of Key Functions:

1. Undergo comprehensive training on the complete production process, from raw material preparation through finished-product packing.

2. Assist in monitoring production activities to ensure that production schedules, output targets, product specifications, and quality requirements are achieved.

3. Assist in monitoring and controlling the blending process, including the proper preparation, weighing, batching, and mixing of carrageenan and other approved ingredients according to the prescribed formulation.

4. Ensure that correct materials, grades, quantities, and formulations are used during blending based on approved production specifications and blending allocations.

5. Assist in verifying the identification, quantity, and status of materials before they are released for blending.

6. Coordinate with Quality Assurance/Quality Control to ensure that blended products meet established specifications before packing or release.

7. Assist in investigating blending-related deviations such as improper formulation, incorrect material addition, inadequate mixing, product segregation, or batch inconsistency.

8. Maintain accurate records of blending batches, material consumption, yields, production losses, and other relevant production data.

9. Monitor production yield and material utilization and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve blending efficiency.

10. Assist in ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation of blending equipment and surrounding production areas to prevent contamination and product cross-contact.

11. Ensure compliance with established GMP, food safety, HACCP, quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.

12. Assist in monitoring production equipment and report abnormalities, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements to the appropriate personnel.

13. Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted and efficient production operations.

14. Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities involving production and blending deviations.

15. Assist in implementing process improvements related to production efficiency, yield, product consistency, blending accuracy, and cost reduction.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
