Stage One — Learn

• Understand campaign operations by learning how daily activities are organised, delivered and reviewed.
• Develop customer acquisition skills through practical experience with customer conversations and campaign activity.
• Learn company and client standards and understand how professional expectations are maintained.
• Understand KPIs and performance expectations and become comfortable using them to review progress.
• Build commercial awareness by developing an understanding of customers, campaigns and business objectives.
• Demonstrate accountability by managing responsibilities reliably and following through on agreed tasks.

Stage Two — Lead

• Support newer team members by sharing practical knowledge and helping them settle into their responsibilities.
• Assist with training by reinforcing processes, standards and useful day-to-day knowledge.
• Give constructive feedback in a professional and respectful way.
• Support team performance by helping maintain focus, organisation and positive working standards.
• Contribute to problem-solving when challenges arise during daily operations.
• Set a positive example through reliability, professionalism and a consistent approach.

Stage Three — Develop

With greater experience and demonstrated capability, there may be opportunities to gain broader exposure to campaign management, team development, planning, performance analysis and operational decision-making.

This stage is about understanding the wider picture and taking on responsibility that matches demonstrated capability. Progression is based on performance, readiness and development, rather than being automatic.
