We are hiring dynamic, high-potential Management Trainees (Fresh MBA / PGDM graduates) for a premier 110-year-old Automotive OEM. This flagship program offers fast-track leadership growth, cross-functional rotations, and direct exposure to executive strategy across core automotive operations.

Key Roles & Focus Domains

Selected candidates will undergo structured rotations before specialization in one of the following domains:

• Operations Management: Supply chain optimization, plant logistics, vendor management, Lean/Six Sigma execution, and shop-floor efficiency.
• Business Solutions: Strategic consulting, sales & dealer network transformation, cross-functional process improvement, and digital go-to-market initiatives.
• Business Analytics: Advanced data modeling, dashboard creation (Power BI/Tableau), trend forecasting, sales performance metrics, and market intelligence.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: MBA / PGDM (Batch of 2025/2026 or recent grads).
• Experience: Freshers (0 years) or candidates with up to 1 year of pre-MBA work experience.
• Technical & Soft Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization software.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional projects.
