Management Trainee

About the role

The Management Trainee will experience comprehensive training development through job rotation between six (6) sections which are Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Laboratory for a total of twelve (12) months of training period. Management Trainee should be able to handle sensitive company information which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop the skills necessary for leadership roles within the Company and learn about the Company's products, services, and business operations
• Undergo valuable job rotation between six (6) sections which are Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Laboratory for a total of twelve (12) months of training period
• Work closely with experienced Managers and Mentors to learn about different aspects of business operations
• Take on project assignments to apply and enhance skills learned during training while collaborating with team members to achieve project goals
• Learn effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Analyze and solve problems related to business operations and develop critical thinking skills to address challenges within the organization
• Develop leadership skills by taking on increasing levels of responsibility
• Assist in leading teams and projects under the guidance of experienced managers
• Undergo regular performance evaluations to track progress and identify areas for improvement while receiving feedback from mentors and supervisors
• Understand, adhere and look for improvement in Company policy and procedure while demonstrating professional ethical behavior and compliance toward organizational standards

About you

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Science, Production or Operation or any related field
• Good command of written and spoken English (Able to communicate in English)
• Good command of Computer literacy and experience with MS office applications
• Good negotiations and communications skills
• High responsibility and able to work under Private and Confidential nature, proactive and initiative
• Multitasking, Idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good analytical and problem skills
• Attention to details and accuracy in data analysis
• Relevant internship or work experience
