Management Trainee

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree in any Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) and with an excellent academic background.
• Past involvement or exposure in leadership (e.g., student councils, organization heads) and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills to lead projects, collaborate across departments, etc.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to report on progress and interact with senior staff or management.
• High proficiency in standard business tools like MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• A proactive mindset and flexibility to undertake rotating departmental assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working hands-on in various units to learn the day-to-day processes and systems of the company.
• Work closely with senior managers and executives to observe strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Learn to manage shift schedules, delegate daily tasks, conduct performance tracking, and enforce strict safety regulations and compliance protocol
• Lead specialized projects aimed at increasing productivity or reducing costs, and present findings to senior leaders
• Promote discipline, teamwork and positive work culture
• Assist in applying "Lean Manufacturing" or "Continuous Improvement" projects to reduce waste and optimize production efficiency
• Supervise production operators and ensure daily output targets are met safely and on time
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
