Management Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates who are eager to develop their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical diagrams.
• Support engineering and production teams in technical projects and daily operations.
• Assist in creating and modifying 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks.
• Participate in product design, component development and process improvement activities.
• Support troubleshooting, technical analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality and other departments.
• Participate in structured training and departmental rotations to gain exposure to different business operations.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and project progress updates.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD software.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
