Management Trainee

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to gain hands-on experience across different departments and develop the skills needed for future management roles. Department placement will be based on business needs and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and departmental activities.
• Support the achievement of company goals and departmental KPIs.
• Work with managers on business operations, team coordination, and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve work processes and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Participate in cross-functional assignments and management development activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, or Marketing is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in automotive business operations, sales, and management development.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work with different teams.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
