Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and career-oriented Management Trainees to join our team. Candidates will receive structured training in immigration and study abroad services, sales, client handling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training on immigration, study abroad, and sales processes
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate consultations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
• Maintain client records and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Follow company policies and complete assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 03 year of experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
