About the Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee Marketing to support the marketing team across functions, with hands-on involvement in events and activations, digital marketing, social media, content, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and quick-commerce .

A key focus of the role will be supporting and executing brand events, exhibitions, partnerships, on-ground activations, and consumer experiences , while also contributing to the brand day-to-day digital and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, creative, and willing to take ownership , with the ability to coordinate across internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

Overall Marketing Support

• Provide day-to-day assistance across marketing functions and ongoing brand initiatives.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, launches, partnerships, promotions, and consumer initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely execution.

• Assist with marketing presentations, reports, research, documentation, and campaign tracking.

• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify relevant trends and opportunities.

  Events, Activations Partnerships

  • Support the planning and end-to-end execution of events, exhibitions, trade shows, brand activations, pop-ups, sampling initiatives, and partnerships .

  • Coordinate with event partners, organisers, vendors, fabricators, agencies, and internal teams.

  • Assist with event requirements including branding, collateral, stock planning, logistics, manpower, and on-ground execution.

  • Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all event touchpoints.

  • Support lead generation and data collection at relevant B2B and consumer events.

  • Track event performance, consumer response, leads, sales, and other relevant metrics.

  • Assist with post-event reporting, documentation, and learnings.

    Digital Marketing

    • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

    • Support digital strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

    • Track digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.

    • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns across digital channels.

      Social Media Content

      • Assist in managing the brand social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms .
      • Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators.
      • Assist in developing content calendars and ensuring timely execution.
      • Track social media performance, including engagement, reach, views, and follower growth.
      • Identify relevant trends, formats, cultural moments, and content opportunities for the brand.
