Job Description

Based in Singapore, this management trainee program focuses on Southeast Asian FinTech markets to cultivate composite talents with both sales and pre‑sales capabilities. Through rotational assignments and mentorship, you will engage in business development and project delivery for financial institutions. You will grow into a core overseas business professional with potential career paths including Overseas Sales Manager, Pre‑Sales Solution Specialist and Regional Business Lead.

Rotate in sales function: Support lead generation, client engagement, business communication, relationship management and end‑to‑end project follow‑up.

Rotate in pre‑sales function: Analyze client business requirements, assist in solution drafting, product demonstrations and requirement alignment, and coordinate with internal product and technical teams for project execution.

Gather market intelligence covering Southeast‑Asia industry trends, client pain points and competitor insights.

Prepare business and project documentation, participate in project reviews, and gradually take ownership of client projects under mentor guidance.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business delivery across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management or related fields are preferred. Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of working experience.
• Willing to work long‑term in Singapore; company will support work‑pass application.
• Fluent English for business communication; proficient in Chinese. Southeast‑Asian language skills are a plus.
• Passionate about FinTech and overseas business. Strong goal‑orientation, communication and logical‑thinking skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient under pressure and good at cross‑team collaboration.
• Prior internship experience in B‑end business, FinTech, sales or pre‑sales is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates without relevant experience are also welcome.
