Management Trainee

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and plans.
• Participate in training programs and gain exposure to different departments.
• Support Shift manager & Restaurant Manager in daily operations and special projects.
• Analyze business performance metrics and help prepare reports.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with different teams to achieve company goals.
• Learn branch operations and prepare for future supervisory or managerial positions.
• Help ensure excellent customer service and smooth restaurant operations.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
