Plato's Closet Ottawa is looking for up to two future retail leaders to join our Management Trainee program.

We're not your typical retail store. We buy and sell the brands and styles our customers love, and every day brings something different. We're fast-paced, fashion-focused and all about great people, great finds and great customer experiences.

We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to turn their leadership skills into a career in retail management.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work alongside our experienced managers, learning what it takes to run a successful store. That means:

• Leading the team: Coaching, motivating and bringing positive energy to every shift.
• All things fashion: Learning what brands and styles are hot, buying inventory and creating amazing displays.
• Getting creative: Helping with Instagram, Reels, promotions and fresh ideas to get customers excited about shopping with us.
• Making things happen: Learning how to drive sales, manage inventory and keep the store running smoothly.
• Growing as a leader: Getting involved in hiring, training, scheduling and developing a great team.

And yes, you'll be hands-on! Our managers aren't sitting behind desks. They're right in the middle of the action.

Experience leading a team is important to us, but so are personality, enthusiasm and potential. We're happy to teach you the business!

Reliable transportation between our Ottawa locations is an asset, but owning a vehicle is not required.
