We are seeking an ambitious, goal-oriented, and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team in Paya Lebar. This program is designed to fast-track your professional development across core business operations, leadership, and project execution. You will work closely with department leaders and gain hands-on experience to prepare for a future management position within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Rotate through key business units (Operations, Sales, Admin) to develop a deep understanding of company processes.
Assist department leads in planning, managing daily workflow, and tracking performance metrics.
Conduct operational analysis and propose actionable improvements.
Lead or support cross-functional projects and present outcomes to senior management.
Participate in structured training, workshops, and mentorship programs.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
