About the Role Join Sika’s 18-month APAC Management Trainee Program designed to develop future business leaders in the Consumer Electronics industry. This accelerated development program combines structured learning, mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on business projects. Based in China during the training period, you will gain comprehensive experience in business development, customer engagement, market analysis, and sales strategy. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to undertake an international assignment in Thailand to support regional business growth and further accelerate your career development. Key Responsibilities Support business development and sales growth initiatives within the Consumer Electronics market. Assist in building and managing a healthy sales pipeline and identifying new business opportunities. Participate in customer visits, relationship management, and commercial discussions. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business opportunity assessments. Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, R&D, and Operations teams to develop customer-focused solutions. Participate in regional projects, business planning activities, exhibitions, and customer events. Contribute to sales reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or other relevant disciplines. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership potential through internships, projects, student organizations, or extracurricular activities. Fluent English communication skills in an international business environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Open to cross-functional learning, international exposure, and overseas assignments. Willing to undertake regional mobility, including a development assignment in Thailand after completing the trainee program.
