Management Trainee (E-commerce)

Job Responsibilities

1. Learn for the overall operation of one category of smart wearables, or mobile accessories, and coordinating the operational strategies and pace of the three major platforms: Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop .

2. Underrstanding lifecycle operation of the category, including product selection and testing, large-scale growth, and stable operations, and regularly producing business reviews and next-phase business strategies

3. Conduct weekly market analysis on the platform to identify market gaps in price ranges, product selling points, and content strategies, and form a list of opportunity points; Continuously track competitor trends, anticipate market trends, and develop response strategies.

4. Coordinate internal team resources such as operations, influencers/KOLs, platforms, and products to promote major promotions and new product launches; Identify issues promptly and promote escalation when resources are insufficient

Job Requirements

1. 0-1years of experience operating e-commerce categories, focused on consumer electronics such as audio, smartwatches/bands, earphones, power banks, or mobile phone accessories is preferred. fresh graduate with good reputable university is welcome.

2. Familiar with the core operational logic of at least two platforms: Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop , with quantifiable category growth cases.

3. Strong data analysis skills and good logical thinking

4. English can be used as a working language, supporting daily communication and collaboration between cross-national teams and platform partners
