Management Trainee (Education Centre)

About the role

You will be in-charge of daily operations of the learning centre, providing friendly and professional customer service to parents, students and visitors while handling enquiries, registrations, payments and front-desk matters.

Key responsibilities

• In-charge of daily operations of the learning centre
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to parents, students and visitors
• Handle enquiries, registrations, payments and front-desk matters
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate class schedules and support teachers when required
• Schedule, supervise and manage part-time staff
• Help resolve operational and customer-service issues
• Support the centralised customer service team whenever required
• Maintain a welcoming and positive learning environment

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No prior work experience is required
• Must be able to work 1 weekend
• Passionate about building a career in the education industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn
• Creative, open-minded and able to solve problems
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• An interest in working with children and a willingness to teach would be an added advantage
