Management Trainee - Financial Services & Business Development

We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in developing a long-term career in the financial services industry.

The Management Trainee programme provides practical exposure to client management, financial planning, business development and team operations. Through structured training and mentorship, successful candidates can strengthen their professional knowledge, communication skills and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

· Understand clients' financial objectives and assist in developing suitable financial planning solutions

· Support client portfolio reviews and follow up on changing financial needs

· Conduct market and product research to support client discussions

· Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients

· Participate in client development and business development activities

· Work closely with senior team members on client servicing and business planning

· Participate in professional, management and leadership development training

Requirements

· Full working rights in Hong Kong

· Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in HKDSE / HKCEE, or equivalent

· Degree holder in any discipline preferred

· Fresh graduates and candidates with working experience are welcome

· Candidates from banking, financial services, customer service, sales or other client-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply

· TTPS and IANG candidates with valid working eligibility in Hong Kong will also be considered

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn

· Able to work independently and as part of a team
