Management Trainee (FOH and BOH)

Duties and Responsibilities

Outlet Operations:

• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, food quality, service speed, and hospitality in accordance with Stuff’d standards.
• Manage inventory requisition, receiving, and stock control procedures promptly and accurately.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to reduce food and operational waste.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement and manage operational improvements and changes.
• Handle unexpected situations professionally and ensure all equipment remains in good working condition.
• Enhance the customer experience across various platforms, including social media.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to the Area Manager regarding outlet activities.

Safety and Compliance:

• Conduct scheduled food safety audits accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, hygiene, and food-handling regulations.
• Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expire, First-Out (FEFO) practices.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with safe work procedures.
• Implement effective workplace risk-control measures.
• Comply with all Singapore Food Agency (SFA) guidelines and Stuff’d food-safety SOPs.

Team Management:

• Forecast staffing and operational resource requirements.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules according to business needs.
• Address employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and performance matters fairly and professionally.
• Conduct workplace orientation and training for new team members.
• Lead, motivate, develop, and train team members while supporting career development and succession planning.
• Provide constructive performance feedback and promote accountability across the team.
