MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (HR ADMINISTRATION)

• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding documentation
• Prepare HR letters, forms and other employment-related documents
• Maintain and organise HR documentation and records
• Assist with employee enquiries and general HR matters
• Support HR projects and administrative activities
• Assist the HR team with various day-to-day operational requirements
• Learn and understand HR systems, policies and processes
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirement

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related fields
• Interested in developing a career in Human Resources
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, proactive and willing to learn

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No extensive HR experience is required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
