MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (HR & ADMIN)

About the role

This role involves supporting office administration and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, with responsibilities spanning hostel management, HR documentation, staff claims processing, and company vehicle management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with office administration and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities
• Assist in company hostel management including inspection, servicing and maintenance, and workers transportation arrangements
• Maintain hostel workers records, process rental and utility invoices and bills for electricity, water and sewerage
• Prepare HR and Admin monthly reports, correspondence, and other documentation as instructed by Head of Department
• Process and verify staff claims and manage petty cash
• Manage company vehicles including renewal of insurance, road tax, lorry inspection and vehicles servicing
• Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or administration functions (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in managing foreign workers company hostel and workers transportation is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner, proactive, dynamic, patient, able to work with minimum supervision and a team player
• Willing to work in Balakong, Selangor
