Management Trainee - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Partner with business leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Oversee HR operations, HRMS, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
• Champion employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Analyze HR metrics and MIS to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for HR process improvement, automation, and policy enhancement.
• Mentor and guide junior HR team members while driving cross-functional collaboration
