Management Trainee - HR

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee HR to join our HR team. This is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates interested in developing a career in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR Operations and administration.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
• Maintain and update employee information, attendance, leave, and other HR records.
• Support employee communication, engagement activities, and routine HR requirements.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other HR documents.
• Support the HR team in managing HRMS, ATS, payroll, and other HR tools.
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and perform other HR activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Fresh graduate with an interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools is an added advantage.
