Management Trainee – Human Resources

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Management Trainee in Human Resources for the 2025-2026 program. This structured program is designed to develop future leaders in HR through comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and exposure to all facets of human resource management within SANY Group.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive human resources management training and rotational programs across various departments and business units
• Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and employer branding initiatives
• Support HR operations including HRIS management, performance appraisal cycles, and employee relations
• Ensure all HR practices and company policies comply with local labor laws and regulations
• Collaborate on strategic HR projects and organizational development initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention
• Be willing to be rotated across all nationwide branches of SANY Group as part of leadership development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate majoring in Psychology or Law from reputable universities including Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada, or Institut Teknologi Bandung
• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience, targeted for the 2025-2026 cohort
• Demonstrated strong leadership potential, organizational skills, and a passion for human resources management
• Willingness to be placed and rotated across all branches of SANY Group
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with high adaptability
