Management Trainee (Industrial Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo comprehensive training in different operational and management functions.
• Assist in monitoring and improving production processes and workflow.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
• Assist in manpower planning, productivity monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management.
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with different departments to understand overall business operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Willing to undergo training and be assigned to different departments or areas.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and holidays when required.
• Willing to relocate or be assigned to company facilities as needed.

• Graduated with honors, Latin honors, or as a Cum Laude/Magna Cum Laude/Summa Cum Laude.
• Former or current scholarship recipients/scholars.
• Strong academic performance and consistent academic achievement.
• Leadership experience in school organizations, projects, or extracurricular activities.
• Experience in internships, research, process improvement, or related projects.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, GMP, HACCP, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
