Management Trainee Intern

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct research calls with professionals, candidates and industry respondents.

• Capture accurate and structured insights from research conversations.
• Research companies, industries, job roles, talent markets and workforce trends.
• Identify and assess relevant candidates using LinkedIn and job portals.
• Support customer success, project coordination and client research requirements.
• Organize and analyse data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Convert research findings into clear and actionable market insights.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong graduates from other disciplines may also apply.
• Good spoken and written English with confidence in conducting phone conversations.
• Curious and research-oriented, with the ability to ask relevant follow-up questions.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets with good attention to detail.
• Interest in market research, consulting, customer success, recruitment or talent intelligence.
