Management Trainee / Leadership Trainee (Work From Home)

About the Role:

Join our Leadership Trainee Program and develop into a future Brand Leader / Team Leader.

You will gain hands-on experience in marketing, recruitment, leadership, coaching, and team management while learning how to Build, Train, Support, Coach, and Lead a high-performing team.

What You Will Do:

1) Build

• Recruit Brand Officers and Social Media Promoters
• Promote Kunkwan through social media and marketing campaigns
• Build and grow your own team

2) Train

• Attend marketing and leadership training
• Learn sales, communication, and team management skills

3) Support

• Guide and support your team members
• Assist students with inquiries and follow-ups
• Work closely with different departments

4) Coach

• Learn coaching and leadership skills
• Help team members improve their performance and achieve their goals

5) Lead

• Monitor daily KPIs and submit reports
• Lead projects and team activities
• Gradually take on more leadership responsibilities

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year experience in leadership role.
• Fluent in English and Malay.
• Age: Maximum 35 years old.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.
• Must have own Laptop/PC.
