Management Trainee - Logistics Operations

About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) service management.  As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, customer management, manpower planning, reporting, process improvement and handling new projects.

You will start by learning the warehouse operation from the ground up and progressively take on greater responsibility in operations, customer accounts and team management

What You Will Do

• Learn and support daily warehouse and logistics operations
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for order fulfillment.
• Support manpower planning and productivity monitoring
• Prepare billing records, operational reports and management updates
• Analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in new projects, automation and AI-enabled improvements
• Progressively take charge of a team of operational staff and customer accounts.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related disciplines
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in operations and people management
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn from ground operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and keen to be a leader
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI or data tools is an advantage
