Management Trainee/ Management Associate

As a key member of our team, you will gain broad exposure across the brokerage business and take on meaningful, hands-on responsibilities from day one. This is a highly immersive role where you will be actively involved—not sidelined—in core operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Assist in executing client orders for securities across various markets.
• Help monitor trade instructions for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with the settlement team to ensure timely trade matching and reconciliation of client accounts.
• Assist in the client onboarding process, ensuring all Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation meets SFC regulatory standards.
• Conduct fundamental and technical analysis on global equities and financial products.
• Assist in preparing market updates and research reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or related industries is preferred. Recent university graduates of exceptional quality will also be considered.
• International exposure (e.g., overseas education or work experience) is highly valued.
• Holders of SFC Regulated Activity Licenses (Type 1, 4, 9) is an advantage.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multi-functional responsibilities.
• Approachable, straightforward, and easy to work with personality, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
