Job Description: Management Trainee (Call Center)

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee program in inbound customer service. This role provides hands-on training in call center operations, customer service, and team management, with the goal of developing future Team Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Learn call center operations, SOPs, and customer service standards.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service quality.
• Assist Team Leaders in coaching agents and managing daily operations.
• Support performance reporting and operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership potential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Call center experience is an advantage but not required.
