Duties & Requirement:
- Operational support, assist leaders with daily operational task, performance tracking and goals
- Cross functional rotation, rotate through various functions to gain comprehensive understanding of the business ecosystem
- Strategic projects
- Process observation, learn company operations procedure, culture and goals
- Reporting and evaluation, prepare presentation, data analysis reports, evaluation for management
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree S1 fresh graduate or with max 1 or 2 years experience
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken for corporate reporting and client communication, fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
- Independent, detail, service and care oriented
- Willing to work in shift if needed (16.00 – 24.00)
- Preferably living in Tangerang
