Management Trainee - Online Delivery Platform

About The Role

MOMOYO Malaysia is looking for a proactive and analytical Takeaway Operations Executive to manage online food delivery platforms, drive takeaway sales across Malaysia, and support stores in optimizing their delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Sales Growth: Develop takeaway strategies to increase sales and brand visibility across delivery platforms and stores nationwide.
• Platform Management: Manage relationships with Grab, FoodPanda and Shopee, coordinate platform campaigns, and negotiate commissions and commercial terms.
• Data Analysis: Monitor sales performance, customer preferences and campaign results to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Promotions & Marketing: Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotions that drive customer engagement and takeaway sales.
• Store Support: Guide and train store managers on takeaway operations, promotional execution and store-specific strategies.
• Account Setup & Optimization: Assist stores with delivery platform registration, account setup, documentation and ongoing account management.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitors and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing online food delivery platforms is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in F&B sales, marketing, operations, takeaway or delivery services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese due to business needs.
• Willing to travel to outlets across Malaysia when required.
