MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – OPERATION

As an MT Operation, you will undergo comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in store operations, sales management, inventory control, customer service, and team leadership. Job Description

• Participate in comprehensive training to understand store operations, sales processes, inventory management, and customer service.
• Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient activities.
• Monitor store sales performance and support the achievement of sales and operational targets.
• Assist in supervising, motivating, and developing store team members.
• Ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and proper inventory management.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and analyze store performance and operational reports.
• Support the implementation of company programs, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Identify operational issues and provide solutions to improve store performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to support business and operational objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in retail, sales, and store operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, energetic, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in OPPO Stores across Indonesia.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays according to operational requirements.
