Management Trainee-Operational Excellence & Digital Innovation

Job Summary:
Management Trainee program aims to develop talents to become high potential future leaders through a comprehensive learning & development program.

Learning & Development:

• Work as an apprentice to study current working procedure/structure of each business group by on-site visit and on-the-job training within 6 months.
• Attend learning and development program in Management Trainee development plan, and apply learned knowledge for the project, as well as for career ladder as middle-management level.

Project Management:

• Analyze and research information to serve business group’s assignment by utilizing own integrated knowledge, skill, and experiences.
• Create action plan for assigned project based on expected result, budget, risk assessment and timeline.
• Perform role as project liaison between related parties to implement work improvement project and ensure progress running smoothly.
• Report progression of project on result and further recommendation, perspective to related parties.

Qualifications:

• Completed Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering or any related field from an accredited university
• 1-3 years of working experienced with proven record of achievements
• Experience or exposure in project management, process improvement, digital transformation, or AI-related initiatives will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate business feasibility and identify effective solutions
• Results-oriented with a strong customer focus and effective self-management skills

• Adaptability Skills, Problem Solving, Proactivity with a positive mindset
• Strong interpersonal skill, collaboration and communication skills with effective verbal and written communication
• Strong interest in digital innovation, business process improvement, and data analytics
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop analytical reports and presentations.
• Excellent command of English with a TOEIC score of at least 700 or an IELTS score of at least 6.0
• Flexibility to temporary working at Yusen branch as assigned in Chonburi or Rayong

Working Location:   Bangkok, Klong Toei Rama 4 (MRT-Queen Sirikit Center)

Working Day & Hours : Monday-Friday / 8:30-17:00 hrs.
