Role Description This full-time, on-site Management Trainee Program role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management Trainee will rotate across key departments to learn core business operations, trading support processes, and client service standards. Daily activities include supporting program and project coordination, assisting with data analysis and reporting, participating in training sessions, and helping prepare presentations and documentation. The trainee will also shadow senior team members, interact with clients under supervision, and contribute to process improvements and internal initiatives. Participants are expected to actively engage in learning activities, demonstrate initiative, and prepare for future leadership responsibilities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Program Management and basic project coordination skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial or operational data.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication.
• Candidates should possess Training-related abilities, such as facilitating or supporting learning sessions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in financial markets, trading, and brokerage services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with online trading platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a structured development program.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
