Management Trainee Program

Role Description

The Management Trainee Program at VIFX Career is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Participants will rotate through key business functions to gain exposure to operations, sales, marketing, finance, and administrative processes. Day-to-day tasks include supporting project execution, preparing reports and presentations, conducting basic data analysis, and assisting with process improvements under the guidance of senior team members. Trainees will take part in structured training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews while contributing to departmental goals and learning to manage small initiatives. The role is designed to build a strong foundation in management skills and prepare trainees for future leadership positions within the organization.

• Basic understanding of business operations, including exposure to areas such as marketing, finance, or project management.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and willingness to learn new digital tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related discipline, or final-year student close to graduation.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, on a full-time basis; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
