Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Participants will be involved in rotational assignments across key business functions, supporting program planning, execution, and performance tracking. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market and operational data, preparing reports, and supporting training sessions for clients and internal teams. Trainees will assist in delivering high-quality customer service, communicating with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements. The program is designed to build future leaders with a strong understanding of trading services, client empowerment, and business operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Training skills to support structured initiatives and learning activities.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market information, assess performance data, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in financial markets, trading, and investment, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with digital platforms and data reporting is an advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in Indonesian; English language skills are beneficial.
